I went to IseJingu on a girls trip. After that, we went to the much-talked-about ShimaSpainVillage...a good report on Ise-Shima!

掲載日:2019.07.10

I want to enjoy Ise-Shima efficiently! A pair of female college students who love to travel went on the Ise-Shima course, which is recommended for such people! After enjoying Ise to the fullest, we moved to Shima, which takes about 30 minutes by car. At ShimaSpainVillage, which is a hot topic and is perfect for posting on social media, we will introduce a highly satisfying Ise-Shima course that includes shows by lively Spanish people, Spanish cuisine, popular Instagram spots, and thrilling attractions.

IseJingu is one of the most popular spots in Mie Prefecture, visited by more than 8 million people a year.

This time, two female college students who love to travel will visit IseJingu! We enjoyed eating around Okage-yokocho and sightseeing in Ise-Shima!

[Interview date: July 2019]

This is UjibashiBridge that spans Naiku.
A visit to Naiku begins with bowing in front of UjibashiBridge and crossing UjibashiBridge where you can feel the four seasons of the mountains.

The view of the Isuzu River and the forest is also wonderful.
Purify your body and soul at the temizusha and mitarashi before praying.

We will pray at Amaterasu-Omikami the main shrine that enshrines Amaterasu Omikami, the great ancestor Kotaijingu the Japanese people.
The main shrine is a place to give thanks to the gods. Let's convey our daily gratitude to God.

After visiting the shrine, head to Okage-yokocho.
Okage-yokocho, located just a short walk from Naiku along Oharai-Machi, is lined with shops selling local souvenirs and gourmet food.

Wakamatsuya, famous for Ise Hanpei and kamaboko, caught my eye as I was enjoying a stroll through the retro townscape.
We ordered the popular ``Cheese Stick'' and the ``Shrimp Mayo Stick'', which allows you to enjoy the crisp texture of shrimp and the flavor of mayonnaise, for 380 yen each (tax included).
It has a crunchy texture on the outside and a chewy texture on the inside. Easy-to-eat fish cakes are perfect for eating while walking.

Next, we headed to Mokuton, a pork cutlet specialty store from IganoSatoMokumokuTezukuriFarm.
Freshly fried thick-sliced tonkatsu made with locally raised pork is popular! You can also eat and drink in the store or take out.

We ordered the ``Miso Katsu Dog'' (650 yen (tax included)), which features a soft pork cutlet coated with a special sauce made with Hatcho miso, and the signature menu item ``Guru Guru Wiener'' (500 yen (tax included)).
I was able to enjoy the special taste!

After strolling around Okage-yokocho, we next went to ShimaSpainVillage! (Surprisingly close) It takes about 30-40 minutes to arrive by car.
When you enter the park, you will be excited by the exotic atmosphere of Spain.
For those staying at Hotel ShimaSpainVillage, you can leave your luggage at the hotel before entering the park, which is convenient!

As I was walking through the park, ShimaSpainVillage parade “Espana Carnival “Adelante” started with fun music!
The park's biggest entertainment show! Don Quixote and the cheerful Spanish entertainers were very friendly!
Let's get excited by clapping along with the music!

If you're hungry, go for lunch.
I came to the restaurant "Alhambra" in Plaza Mayor to enjoy authentic Spanish cuisine.
You can enjoy your meal in a relaxed atmosphere with brick and stained glass.

I tried the "Ise Shrimp Paella Set" from Ise Shima for 3,700 yen (tax included)!
A paella set made with luxurious lobsters caught in Ise-Shima.
Limited quantity.

Once your stomach is full, take a walk around the park.
This is because ShimaSpainVillage is popular for its many Instagram-worthy photo spots.

The first place we came to was Fiesta Plaza!
You can take wonderful photos everywhere in the plaza, which is studded with colorful tiles.
Part of the fun is taking photos with your own sensibilities.

Next, as I walked down Carmen Street, I came across a wall art with a large flower painting painted on the entire white wall!
It makes you feel like you're smaller! I took the opportunity to try out various photo shoots.

Bringing flowers...

You can enjoy taking photos in various poses such as pulling... interesting poses and cute poses.

Next, head to Santa Cruz Street.
You can take a walk through the streets full of Spanish atmosphere.
A flower garden filled with seasonal flowers welcomes you.

You can take photos with the flowers decorated like art on the walls, and the entire cityscape becomes a photo spot! The flowers change with the seasons, so you'll be able to take different photos each time you visit.

The photo spot inside the building is also very cute!

Taking photos surrounded by sunflowers...

Take photos at a church in Spain!
I was able to enjoy taking photos in various situations ♪

When we returned to Plaza Cibeles, the street musical "Baile del Capitan ~You are the star of the dance festival!~" began!
A participatory musical performed by Spanish entertainers with the theme of the Age of Exploration.
Dance with the cheerful Spaniards and clap your hands.
Let's have fun with the most cheerful entertainers!

As the title "Classicos" suggests, this is a flamenco show with the theme of "Classico".
You can enjoy an immersive stage set to nostalgic movie music and classical music.
(Performance time approximately 25 minutes, reservation required, price 400 yen per person (tax included) *Passport holders are also required)

Speaking of ShimaSpainVillage, there are many attractions!
This is ShimaSpainVillage 's popular attraction "Pyrenees".
A hanging coaster with a motif of the Pyrenees Mountains that run along the border between Spain and France. Run at a maximum speed of 100km/h over a total length of 1,234m! A series of thrills such as rolls and loops! I feel so refreshed and can't stop screaming.

``Splash Mon Sera'' is full of exhilaration.
Explore Mount Montserrat on a log-shaped ride. The climax is a sudden descent with intense water splashing! The water spray falls all over the ride, making it very impressive.

Shopping is one of the fun things to do at ShimaSpainVillage.
I went to the pottery workshop "Kantaro" to look for cute tableware.
A series of colorful tableware reminiscent of Spain is available. There are plenty of cute items to display, and just looking around the store will make you feel happy.

The classic souvenir from ShimaSpainVillage is “Polvoron”!
This is a traditional Spanish sweet with a gentle texture that melts into powder the moment you put it in your mouth.
In the Andalusia region of Spain, it is said that if you say "Polvoron, Polvoron, Polvoron" three times before it melts in your mouth, your wish will come true.
You can enjoy a variety of flavors such as "Classico", which has a classic flavor that fills your mouth with the scent of cinnamon, as well as vanilla, strawberry, and chocolate.

After a full day of fun, head to Hotel ShimaSpainVillage, which is just a short walk from the park.
There is a gate connecting the park to the hotel, so you can arrive at the hotel in just 5 minutes on foot! Everyone can play together leisurely without worrying about time until the park closes.
