``I inside'' is a popular shop for homemade natural yeast bread that is particular about making bread, and where you can enjoy bread lunches and cafes inside the shop, and which is visited by people from outside the city and prefecture.
Motive Pizzeria e Caseificio is proud of its pizza made by the owner-chef who trained in France, and is so popular among women that you can't eat lunch without a reservation.
This time I went to this popular restaurant in the Suzuka area.

The first place I visited was I inside, a homemade natural yeast bread. Enter the mountain side from National Route 306 and drive past the peaceful countryside. While looking for a shop, I found a signboard! Let's go to the store.

I parked my car in the parking lot and went to the store. Of course they sell bread, but they also have a full lunch menu, and it's also a cafe where you can relax and spend some time.

When you enter the store, you'll see homemade yeast bread lined up on display, and the menu is written on a stylish blackboard on the wall.
Every bread is unique, and when I asked the store manager, Mr. Hayakawa, he told me that the dough is made from a blend of 10 different types of wheat, so each product has a different dough.
We have a track record of winning first place in the ``Beloved Bread Contest'' held in Suzuka, and we are a shop that makes bread that pleases our customers. On the day of the interview, we saw customers from out of town driving in and making purchases.

Although it is homemade bread that takes a lot of time and effort to make, it is also attractive at a low price. The bread (Pandomi) is amazing because it doesn't contain any eggs or sugar so that it can be eaten by children under 1 year old!

This restaurant's selling point is its crispy outside and chewy inside. This seems like it will become a habit. We are also particular about creating products that are gentle on the body, such as minimizing salt content and not using margarine in the dough.

You can also buy bread and eat it inside the store. We also have plenty of eat-in space, so we recommend eating the freshly baked food right inside!

The table seat by the window is the perfect space for when you come alone. The interior of the store is decorated with cute decorations chosen from the female owner's perspective.

When you order coffee (250 yen/tax not included), you will receive a daily special of homemade natural yeast bread, which is a popular service! On the day of the interview, it was a peanut butter bucket.

The lunch set includes one burger of your choice, daily side dishes and bread, homemade yogurt, and coffee (or black tea or hojicha) (700 yen/excluding tax).
This time I chose the shrimp cutlet burger. The ingredients we use are locally grown, and the vegetables are also grown in Suzuka, making them fresh, crunchy, and delicious! The side dishes and yogurt are also handmade and will satisfy both your stomach and soul.

The store also sells candles handmade by local artists and miscellaneous goods handmade by the manager, so you can enjoy a little shopping on your way home.

Next, we visited Motive Pizzeria e Caseificio, a pizza restaurant near Suzuka Station that is rumored to be very popular among women.
The bold color scheme of the exterior caught my eye, and I was able to find the store right away.

The inside of the store is even more stylish than the outside. I am drawn to the tasteful display.

The space on the first floor has a stylish atmosphere with firewood hanging on the wall. From the exterior to the interior, the building is reminiscent of Europe.

Additionally, the kitchen on the first floor is an open kitchen where you can see the impressive wood-fired oven. I immediately asked Mr. Kubota, the owner and chef, about the restaurant.
The owner and chef of ``Motive Pizzeria e Caseificio'' trained overseas for 8 years and obtained a cheese maker qualification in France. Apparently, the shop was opened after returning from traveling to Asia and Europe.
This wood-fired kiln was ordered locally in Italy!

The specialty of this shop is its carefully selected cheese. We make our homemade natural cheeses from fresh milk sent directly from the farm. The owner chef's knowledge and experience bring out the deliciousness of the cheese. I've never heard of a shop that sells homemade cheese! ?

In addition, we are particular about local production for local consumption, and our pizzas, made with ingredients such as flour produced in Mie Prefecture, are masterpieces that rival the authentic ones! You definitely want to try the fragrant taste of the restaurant's most popular menu item, "Margherita" (1,380 yen/excluding tax)!

The lunch "Pizza Lunch" (1,680 yen/excluding tax) consists of one pizza of your choice (select from several types), salad, two small appetizers, a mini dessert, and a drink.
Lunch is so popular that you can't eat it without a reservation, so don't forget to make a reservation when you visit!

Another popular menu item is ``Burrata and Selvachico'' (1,980 yen/excluding tax), which is made with the shop's homemade burrata cheese. Since quantities of this pizza are limited, advance reservations can be made by phone.

This is the pasta "Homemade smoked cheese and bolognese sauce" (1,380 yen/excluding tax).
In addition to pizza, there is also a wide variety of single-item menus that make use of homemade cheese.

The store also offers great party plans. The "Recommended Plan" (2,593 yen/excluding tax) includes a satisfying selection of salads, caprese, coppacino, pasta fresca, four types of pizza, meat dishes, and desserts.
There is also a wide selection of alcoholic drinks, from non-alcoholic beer to white/red wine and sparkling wine.
