Ramen EAGLE is a very popular ramen restaurant, even though there are many restaurants in the same industry competing with each other. This restaurant is known for its soups that have been created through repeated trials in search of deliciousness, as well as the noodles and unique toppings that go well with the soups. This time, let's go out and taste the noodle gourmet food at two restaurants!

``Udondokoro Sanroku'' is a place where you can enjoy stewed udon noodles with lots of carefully selected ingredients. And then there's ``EAGLE,'' a ramen restaurant that prides itself on its deep-flavored soup created through years of research. Today we will enjoy the noodle dishes from these two restaurants!
First, let's head out for the miso stew udon at Udondokoro Sanroku!

About 10 minutes from Kuwana Interchange, we arrived at Udondokoro Sanroku. The building's blue-based design gives off a sense of old-fashioned elegance.
There are 5 parking spaces in front of the store, and in addition to the parking spaces in front of the store, you can also use the parking spaces at the hospital next door.

Sanroku celebrates its 28th anniversary this year. The interior of the store is beautifully designed with wood as the main theme. You can enjoy a relaxing meal while enjoying the aroma of udon.

You can choose between table seats and tatami seats, depending on your preference. So, take a seat and order the menu. I would like to try the long-awaited stewed udon noodles.

I was surprised when I saw the container that was brought to me! The power of the soup that is so boiling that it seems like it's about to spill is amazing! You can be sure of the deliciousness just by the sound of the vigorous simmering.

I ordered the restaurant's standard dish, ``Curry Stew'' (860 yen/tax included). An original blend of 4 types of spices carefully selected by the manager, with just the right amount of spiciness! The vegetables and other ingredients used inside are all made with carefully selected ingredients, mainly locally sourced. The noodles are thick and have a chewy texture.

This is ``Sanroku Miso Nikomi'' (1,040 yen/tax included), which is also our proud stewed udon menu. This masterpiece is slowly simmered in an iron pot, and has a delicious, rich flavor that combines 5 types of miso!
In addition, there is a wide variety of udon on the menu, and there are also limited-time menus. You can enjoy oyster miso stewed udon in the winter, and gomoku hiyashi udon in the summer.

We also have a take-out menu that allows you to recreate the taste of the restaurant at home. There are two types: miso stew (680 yen/tax included) and curry stew (860 yen/tax included). Since it uses fresh noodles, enjoy it as soon as possible!

There is a glass-enclosed noodle-making corner in one corner of the store, and if you're lucky, you might be able to see the manager preparing the noodles. The scene of the preparation of the dough being powerfully hammered out is a sight to behold.

Next, we will move on to the ramen shop “Ramen EAGLE”!

I found ``Ramen EAGLE'' with an impressive yellow building about 1 minute by car or a few minutes on foot from ``Udondokoro Sanroku''! The entrance to the store is not along the road, but after turning at a traffic light.

The parking lot is very large and can accommodate about 20 cars. You can go out by car without worrying about space.

When I entered the store, the colorful counter seats caught my eye. I came alone today, so I decided to sit at the counter and wait for my food. We are looking forward to the rumored popular menu.

There are many table seats inside the restaurant, and the restaurant is designed to be convenient for families with children, so even large groups are welcome.
What is unique is the aquarium behind the counter seats and at the table seats. There's a big Asian arowana in the tank! No way...! ? No, this child is for ornamental purposes only.

I immediately ordered the popular menu item ``Rasho Ramen'' (800 yen/tax included). The base of the soup is pork bone soup, which you might expect to be rich, but it has a mellow taste. This special ramen is made with a blend of red chili peppers and several types of chili peppers.It's not extremely spicy, but has an addictive taste that makes you want to eat it again and again.
The noodles are also very thick and chewy, and the chewy texture intertwines with the soup to make it very delicious!

They also have ``Salt Ramen'' (700 yen/tax included), ``Miso Ramen'' (800 yen/tax included), and ``Soy Sauce Ramen'' (700 yen/tax included), all of which use 150g of noodles and are extremely filling. Furthermore, the toppings vary depending on the type, so you can enjoy the different flavors when eating.

The lunch menu, which is popular among women, comes with your favorite ramen and a mini chashu bowl. The price is an extra 150 yen (tax included) on top of the ramen price, so it's a great deal!

The toppings vary depending on the type of ramen. When I asked the store manager about the reason for this, he said, ``We researched and perfected the product to match each flavor.'' By the way, it comes with thinly sliced chili pepper, cubed miso, and the standard-shaped chashu with salt and soy sauce♪

There are many other interesting items on the menu other than ramen. In particular, rassho shigure fried rice is different from regular fried rice in that it has a strong flavor even though it is spicy. At first I was surprised by the shigure topping, but the moment the green onions, shigure, and fried rice fused in your mouth, the perfect harmony spread out! Mmm, delicious! Thank you for the meal♪

All the staff members will greet you with a cheerful smile. The manager, Mr. Sato, told us that he would like everyone to come and try Ramen EAGLE's ramen with their family and friends.

"Udondokoro Sanroku" has piping hot stewed udon that appeals to the five senses, and "Ramen EAGLE"'s "Rasho Ramen" has a rich flavor. I was able to enjoy the deliciousness of both stores!
