“Kuroganeya + Cafe” in KuwanaCity is a hidden art space run by a sculptor!

I heard a rumor that there was a unique cafe that would tickle my sense of adventure, so I headed to KuwanaCity nagashima Town.
Kuroganeya + Cafe, owned by sculptor Mr. Imaoka, is a hidden gem only known to those in the know. It is very popular among fashion-conscious young people, and many people visit from Nagoya and Osaka. When I actually visited, I found it to be a very nice cafe where I could enjoy an extraordinary time.

Kuroganeya + Café is a shop located along the Kintetsu Nagoya Line and JR Kansai Main Line tracks, and near the Kiso River. It has a stylish exterior that stands out in a residential area.

In the parking lot of the store, there is a stained glass signboard with the words "KUROGANE-YA" on it! It's rare to see such an elaborate design.

Various iron objects are displayed at the entrance of the store. This is the entrance that will raise your expectations for entering the store!

When you enter the store, you will feel as if you have entered another world. The first floor is a gallery, with products lined up on stylish shelves.

All of the products are stylish and cute! Also, each piece is handmade, so you can feel the originality. Even products from the same genre have different textures, so it's fun just looking at them♪

Not only the shelves but also the tables and chairs are all handmade. The objects scattered throughout the store are all unique and wonderful.

Time flies by just looking at the products in the store. The charm of this gallery is its calm atmosphere, where you can feel the warmth of wood. This shop has a gallery on the first floor and a cafe space on the second floor.

Next, let's go to the cafe on the second floor. You'll be thrilled by the attention to detail in each and every detail in the store, including the antique-style handrails.

The second floor is built like a loft. You can spend a relaxing time in this spacious space.

The tables and chairs in the cafe space are all handmade by Mr. Imaoka. The design is so unique that you'll want to take a photo of it.

There is also tatami seating in a corner of the second floor! An antique-style table in a space with a Japanese feel. It's an interesting combination, but it also works well with the sense of unity of the interior decorations on the handrails and walls, and it harmonizes perfectly. This seat is popular with young couples!

What's even more interesting are the small items displayed on the tables and walls. The cuteness that can only be achieved by handmade items will get you excited. I was surprised by the wooden menu!

``I want to enjoy a delicious lunch!'' So I ordered the ``Tetsuya Lunch Set Bread Lunch'' (1,460 yen/tax included). A luxurious meal that comes with two types of sandwiches that change daily, soup, salad, drink, and small sweets.

The sandwiches are made with carefully selected ingredients, such as locally grown hydroponic vegetables and locally grown tomatoes, and are full of volume! I'm also happy that I can eat plenty of vegetables.

In addition to the ``bread lunch'', there is also a ``rice lunch'' on the lunch menu. There are two types, "Tetsuya Gohan 1,460 yen/tax included" and "Shima Gohan 1,650 yen/tax included", which are also popular. However, quantities are limited, so if you want to try this, we recommend making a reservation.

After finishing the main dish, the ``Petit Sweets'' that come with the lunch menu were brought to us. The stylish plates make the sweets look even more delicious.

The three sweets that day were ``pumpkin tart,'' ``hojicha jelly,'' and ``jasmine tea.'' The moderate sweetness of the tart goes perfectly with the rich aroma of jasmine tea. Hojicha jelly has a refreshing aroma!

The main sandwich is satisfying, but the sweets are another option. Enjoying sweets in an extraordinary space was full of satisfaction.

Tetsuya also holds trial events from time to time. The ``Iron Modeling Workshop,'' led by Mr. Imaoka, a sculptor, and carefully instructed by the instructor, has become popular.

There is a wide variety of experiences available, such as making spoons and forks, and making iron branding irons. Detailed information is posted on the Tetsuya + Café website, FACEBOOK, and Instagram, so be sure to check it out.

"Tetsuya + Café" is a stylish gallery and cafe space where you can relax. Being in a space where you can enjoy an extraordinary experience will calm your mind. The extensive food menu is one of the reasons they have so many fans. Once you visit, you may fall in love with its charm.
