2 minutes walk from Kintetsu Kashijima Station. First, you will be greeted by a large sunfish monument.

As you pass through the large parking lot, you will see a large aquarium. The motif of the building is an ammonite.
As you pass through the entrance gate, Penguin Island is right in front of you! Approximately 50 birds of three species, including king penguins and Humboldt penguins, will greet you. Get excited about the cute penguins!

The penguin touch event held on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays is also very popular! The two of us immediately touched the penguin's back gently. Adults are also surprised when they touch a penguin for the first time, saying, ``I thought it was hard, but it's so fluffy!'' It's a valuable experience. You can also take a commemorative photo together.

Next, go inside the building. The left and right sides of the tunnel-like passage were full of colorful tropical fish and creatures from nearshore and cold waters, such as redfish and clownfish!I felt like I was walking in the ocean, looking at tank after tank!

Next, go up the spiral staircase to the large swimming tank. The migratory tank is impressive, with about 2,000 fish of 50 different species, including yellowtail and sharks, swimming in schools in a donut-shaped tank with a circumference of 38 meters. The fish in this tank are bred to swim in one direction. It's also fun to watch the fish go around with you.

The ama diving demonstration that started at 10am is unique to Ise-Shima. Ama divers from Isogi, who are rarely seen these days, swim around the tank free-diving and feed the fish. I was transfixed by the way the fish flocked together to receive food. On this day, an active fishing diver diver gave a demonstration.
(Conducted 8 times a day between 10:00 and 16:00)

The petting aquarium is a popular corner with children. Children will be curious to see fish for the first time as they observe and touch sea creatures such as sharks, rays, and starfish.

The freshwater fish ``Gala rufa'' is commonly known as ``doctor fish.'' It cleans your skin by eating dead skin cells. When you gently put your hand into the aquarium, the fish will eat away the dead skin on your hand. Adults and children alike will enjoy the addictive feel.

Next, we'll look forward to seeing the sunfish. You will come face-to-face with large sunfish that can be over 3 meters long and weigh several tons. Sunfish, which are said to be the carefree creatures of the ocean, will soothe you as they swim leisurely with their playful expressions.

There is also a rooftop observation deck on top of the Sunfish Museum. The view of Prisoners of War Bay from the deck gives you a refreshing feeling. There are tables and chairs, so it's perfect for a short break.

Next, go to the turtle corner. A brown tortoise, which appeared in a movie as a baby Gamera, is bred here. At the time of the performance, it was said to be the size of the palm of your hand, but now it has grown completely large! You can also try feeding it.

In addition, rare fish that have been designated as natural monuments and freshwater fish that are familiar to Japan are also bred.

If you want to buy souvenirs, go to the shop. We have stuffed animals of creatures we encountered at the aquarium, original products, and souvenirs and sweets from Ise-Shima, so it's fun to choose souvenirs.

If you're hungry, head to the restaurant ``Marin'' on the second floor overlooking Penguin Island. We have a wide variety of menus, from cafes to Ise-Udon and tekone sushi. You can enjoy Ise-Shima's famous gourmet food.

The park also has a multipurpose restroom where you can change diapers and a nursing room, so you can enjoy the park with peace of mind even if you bring your children with you. Strollers and wheelchairs are also available.
