[Miyagawa Bussan] Yuzu from Okuise (OdaiTown)

OdaiTown is a rainy region of the Kii Peninsula, and the climate is perfect for growing yuzu, which is sensitive to dry conditions. It is now a new specialty of OdaiTown, and the harvest has been increasing in recent years.
``Miyagawa Bussan'', which is based in OdaiTown, processes and sells products using local ingredients with the concept of ``delivering the delicious food of Okuise.''

[BAGELFUNS] Bagels (MeiwaTown)

"BAGELFUNS" located in MeiwaTown, Mie Prefecture, is the first "bagel specialty store" in Mie Prefecture. Each piece is hand-baked and boasts a soft and chewy texture. All bagels from "BAGELFUNS" are certified by the Japan Vegan Association and are vegan bagels that do not contain eggs, dairy products, or animal materials.

Original yuzu ponzu sauce

A booth where you can eat boiled tofu with an original blend of yuzu ponzu sauce will be held only on February 11th (Sunday).
This original blended yuzu ponzu sauce is made by blending the carefully selected yuzu from ``Miyagawa Bussan,'' which we introduced earlier, and soy sauce from ``Ise Soy Sauce Honpo'' located within VISON.
Additionally, you can enjoy boiled tofu made using local soybeans from Ureshino Tofu Nose, also located within VISON, with your own original blend of yuzu and ponzu sauce.
This content is perfect for this cold season, so why not try some boiled tofu to warm yourself up?

Furthermore, the Yuzu PR design, which was created through the product development project "Oh! Dai Chance Project" jointly promoted by Odai OdaiTown and Shigesato Seminar, Department of Design Engineering, Shibaura Institute of Technology, will also appear at the Mimura Fair.
