By the way, Semper Sequoia is called "the world's tallest tree."

Prior to the opening, we participated in the completion ceremony and tour of Red Hill Heather Forest. After the ceremony, despite the unfortunate weather, we were welcomed by local university students and enjoyed a relaxing time in the Red Hill Heather Forest.

There is a promenade with a circumference of approximately 3 km, and it is divided into two zones: "Forest" and "Flower".

The forest zone is full of nature, lined with trees such as Semper Sequoia, and there are benches here and there, making it the perfect place to take a forest bath. The location is also excellent, as you can see the center of TsuCity and the mouth of Ise Bay from the hill near the top. You can walk for approximately 80 minutes.

The flower zone is attractive with a rose garden, ponds and paths filled with perennials, water lilies, and flowers of all seasons, making it a very soothing experience. You can walk here in about 30 minutes.

There is also a shop at the general information center at the entrance, which is stocked with cute accessories, aroma oils, fashionable sweets, and more, making it the perfect place to pick up souvenirs. Please come and visit us.

It was such a soothing moment that I could feel the bond between people and nature with all five senses, and was so healed both physically and mentally that I forgot the passage of time. Recommended not only for outdoor enthusiasts who enjoy hiking and nature, but also for those with children and those who like painting, photography, and reading. Be sure to visit Red Hill Heather Forest!

In addition, next to Red Hill Heather Forest is Asatsumi one of the largest direct sales stores for agricultural products in the prefecture, so be sure to visit there as well. Please also take a look at the interview report on Asatsumi.
