1. What is Mie Travel Ambassador?
``Mie Travel Ambassadors'' are the ``Mie Travel Camera Club,'' ``Mie Travel Climbing Club,'' and ``Mie Travel Ambassadors,'' which were launched with the aim of disseminating the charms of Mie Prefecture to people inside and outside the prefecture through photos and texts from the perspective of ordinary users. It was launched by merging the Travel Gourmet Club.
Each ambassador will create content articles (and videos if possible) and SNS posts for "Mie Travel Ambassador" from their own perspective, and disseminate them on "Tourist Mie." We also pay a small fee for creating content articles. For more information, please see “③ Reward” section.

*If you are under 18 years of age, please apply with the consent of a legal representative such as a parent or guardian.
◾️Those who can act responsibly as a “Mie Travel Ambassador”
◾️Those who actively disseminate information through personal blogs, SNS, etc.
◾️Those who are good at taking photos and videos
I love Mie Prefecture! I want to share with many people the things I like, such as spectacular views, gourmet food, mountain climbing, art, etc., and the wonderful charms of my surroundings! We are looking for people who say that!
2. Process for joining Mie Travel Ambassador
STEP1 Easy input! Apply here!
If you would like to join, please fill out the "Mie Travel Ambassador Application Form" and apply.
Input can be completed in 5 to 10 minutes! Please enter the necessary information such as your name and address, and tell us what you would like to communicate and your strengths if you become an ambassador!
Your SNS accounts such as Instagram and blogs (if you do not have SNS or blogs, please send us a photo of yourself) will also be considered.

*Applications will close as soon as the number of applicants reaches the maximum number of applicants.
[Notification of selection results]
The Mie Prefecture Tourism Federation will contact you via email regarding the selection results.
(Approximately 2 weeks after application)
*Please note that we cannot answer any questions regarding the reasons for the selection results.
STEP2 Signing and joining the memorandum
Successful candidates will be required to sign a memorandum of understanding regarding membership as a Mie Travel Ambassador with the Mie Prefecture Tourism Federation.
(Details will be provided only to successful candidates)
After signing the memorandum, you will officially become a Mie Travel Ambassador!
3. Mie Travel Ambassador Activities
①Activity details
1. Creating content articles
Creating articles can be done in a manner similar to posting on SNS. If you have any trouble creating articles, don't worry, our federation staff will be happy to assist you!
(1) Please create Mie Travel Ambassador topics and post them on "Tourism in Mie."
Please use 500 to 1,000 words and 1 to 5 photos per article to concisely communicate the latest topics you want to share, such as the best time to see flowers or newly opened facilities, just like posting on social media.
*There is no limit to the number of topics produced, but we plan to pay for up to 20 topics.
*Please also create a social media post (X, Instagram, etc.) that will direct people to the article. The account and format for posting will be specified by the Tourism Federation.

(2) Please create a report article on "Mie's charms" and submit it to "Tourism in Mie".
Please use 3,000 to 5,000 words per article and at least 10 photos to send detailed articles such as scenic spots that you want to tell about, or summary articles that introduce multiple spots in the same genre.
*There is no limit to the number of articles produced, but we plan to pay for up to 6 articles.

(3) Please update images and information on published reports.
Aim to update at least 60% of your articles.
As a member of the Mie Travel Ambassadors, please post photos and videos that will make readers think ``I want to go here'' and ``I want to take photos here myself'' and that will be spread on SNS.
(Unacceptable examples: things that are dangerous/things that violate public order and morals, etc.)
*You can also introduce your own social media accounts in the topics and reports you produce.
2. “Sightseeing in Mie” SNS posting
(1) Please provide photos to be used on Kanko Mie SNS and create content to post on Kanko Mie Instagram.
When providing a photo, please provide a brief explanation of the location, time, and key points of the photo.
*If you have an Instagram account, when you post the photo you provided, we will introduce it by tagging you.
■Determining the interview location
Please contact the Mie Prefecture Tourism Federation in advance with the outline of the article and desired location for photography.
We will make a decision after checking to see if there are any duplicate articles.
■On-site coverage/photography
Ambassadors are responsible for obtaining permission for filming and negotiating with the interview and filming locations themselves.
(You may write an article using photos taken by members of the club in the past, but please be sure to obtain permission to publish them on "Tourism in Mie.")
Articles will be created by adding introductory text to photos taken from the "Tourism Mie" management screen.
Please create something unique to Mie that is suitable for a tourist site and that can stimulate demand.
If you have your own YouTube channel, please create and distribute videos along with your articles if possible.
*We will explain how to operate the management screen to the ambassador after signing up.
*Article approval and publication will be handled by the Mie Prefecture Tourism Federation.

②Activity period
From the signing of the memorandum until Sunday, March 31, 2025 (scheduled)
*Possibility of continuous updates
*If the quality of the article is low or if there is any other suspension of activities, the campaign may end even during the period.
③ Reward
(1) Creation of Mie Travel Ambassador Topics…1,000 yen per book (planned)
*Payment can be made for up to 20 bottles. (schedule)
(2) Creation of report articles…10,000 yen per article (planned)
*Payment can be made for up to 6 bottles. (schedule)
At the end of the fiscal year, withholding tax (10.21%) will be deducted and transferred to the designated account.
Payment records will be sent to you at the end of the year, so please complete the necessary procedures yourself, such as filing tax returns and applying for refunds.
*Includes all miscellaneous expenses related to the interview, such as transportation expenses during the shooting, facility entrance fees, food and drink purchases, and purchase of goods.
*Due to budget constraints, there may be a limit on the number of purchases.
④Others
◾️The Mie Prefecture Tourism Federation is not responsible for any injuries, loss of belongings, or other accidents that occur during activities such as reporting as a Mie Travel Ambassador. Please take out your own accident insurance.
◾️If any trouble occurs with the interview destination, please promptly report it to the Mie Prefecture Tourism Federation and take the responsibility of the Mie Travel Ambassador.
◾️If you join, we will introduce you as a “Mie Travel Ambassador” on the “Tourism Mie” website.
*You may be asked to submit a profile photo and a simple self-introduction for publication.
◾️We may be able to consult with you about other work (such as photography or video production) that is different from that of Mie Travel Ambassador.
