Introducing the highlights of summer illumination

We will introduce the highlights unique to Summer Illumination, including new performances that have appeared this summer!

Milky Way ~Japanese Summer~ [NEW]

The "Milky Way" created in the central pond is the symbol of Nabananosato
This summer, we are expressing ``Japanese summer'' using the traditional beauty of Japan, the ``Japanese umbrella''.
The ``Milky Way'' and Japanese umbrellas light up colorfully in time with the music. The illumination of the trees in the background also changes at the same time, creating a fantastic space.

Be sure to experience the large panorama with a total length of approximately 130m x width of approximately 8m.

Japanese umbrella by the water [NEW]

Colorful Japanese umbrellas appear vaguely on the waterside when lit up.
The beauty of Japanese umbrellas and large lotus leaves floating in the darkness will take your breath away.

Rainbow River [NEW]

The 200m ``Seseragi'' from Nabananosato Satoiri Village Gate to ``Sato no Yu'' will be repainted into a colorful ``Rainbow River'' only this summer.

The latest equipment introduced for this summer illumination uniformly generates fine water particles of approximately 10 to 20 microns, the same as artificial fog and clouds. It makes me feel like they are putting more effort into summer illumination!

By the way, the Firefly Festival is held at Seseragi from late May to early July. At peak times, you can see the ``mysterious dance of light'' performed by about 1,000 fireflies a day.

Tulip hill and summer starry sky [NEW]

The shower of star-like light falling down and the colorful blooming tulips create a scene that makes you feel like you're in a flower garden at night.

The sight of so many glowing tulips spreading out in your field of vision is so great that you might think it's a scene from a dream.

Bamboo alley [NEW]

As you walk down the path by the pond, you will see bamboo lights that cast a vague and gentle light.

It may not be as flashy as other LED illuminations, but the bamboo lanterns with various patterns entertain the viewer, and the candle-like flickering light calms the mind.

Very popular! tunnel of light

This is the ``Tunnel of Light'' that is famous for winter illuminations.
"Warm light" surrounds the 200m long course.

In 2013, it was introduced as one of the ``scenic views of the world you must see before you die''.
Nabananosato no Sato is able to create such a long tunnel of light because of its vast grounds. Please enjoy it thoroughly♪

Millennium Garden Sea of Light

A ``Millennium'' garden with a large 1000-year-old olive tree that makes its presence felt.
Artificial fog and clouds are created around the bridge, which is decorated with blue LED lights, giving you the experience of walking on clouds.

twin tree

Two giant trees tower in front of the chapel. The elegant tree clad in crystal white and the calm and chic blue tree are popular spots. A commemorative photo taken with the couple...!

Recommended spots in Nabananosato

Nabananosato “theme park of flowers, greenery, and food,” has many other attractive spots besides illuminations!
It has one of the largest begonia gardens in Japan and 10 restaurants with a wide variety of food. We will also be introducing special campaigns that are limited to the Summer Illumination period, so be sure to check them out until the end!

Large greenhouse in the Andes Begonia garden

One of the largest begonia gardens in Japan. It is a large greenhouse filled with 12,000 flowers of hundreds of species.
Inside the greenhouse, where large begonias are in full bloom, you will feel as if you have stepped into the world of a painting. This is a spot that is sure to be Instagrammable.

To enter the Begonia Garden, you will need a ``Begonia Garden Admission Ticket'' in addition to Nabananosato (Illumination) admission fee, and the regular fee is 1,000 yen for adults, 700 yen for elementary school students, and 200 yen for infants.

During the Summer Illumination period, the “Enjoy the Cool Begonia Campaign!” is being held! You can enter the begonia garden at a discount.
If you purchase a Nabananosato admission ticket at the counter on the day and arrive before 5pm, elementary school students and above will receive a discount ticket that allows you to enter the Begonia Garden for 500 yen! Adults can enter for half price♪

It's a good idea to cool off in the begonia garden and wait for the illuminations to come on!

I'm confused about what to eat...Restaurant

Nabananosato, a "theme park of flowers, greenery, and food," has 10 dining spaces, including Japanese, Western, and Chinese restaurants and cafes, where you can enjoy a meal while enjoying the beautiful scenery.
Of course, you can also use the 1,000 yen Nabana coupon that comes with admission, so why not enjoy dinner at Nabananosato?

There's also the ``Sato no Ichi'' shop where you can purchase souvenirs and original Nagashima Resort goods, and the day-trip hot spring ``Sato no Yu'', so you can have a great time here.

Enter by 5pm, enjoy your meal and the begonia garden, watch the illuminations as the sun sets, take a bath and sweat, enjoy shopping...before you know it, it's time to close! I also recommend how you spend your time (^^♪
