This is a collaboration project with the Mie Prefecture shaved ice feature in the summer 2022 issue of the quarterly newspaper "Kanko Mie" published by the Mie Prefecture Tourism Federation.

Yasunaga Ice

The new summer cooling flavor ``Yasunagagoori'' is now available. Shaved ice made with crushed bean paste from Kuwana's famous confectionery `` Yasunaga-Mochi'', topped with your favorite syrup on shiratama dango with a nice texture.
There are many menu items, including Uji Kintoki, a matcha honey that goes well with Tsubuan, and original strawberries and olive oil.

Kezuri Ichigo

A popular menu item at Tado Green Farm, one of the largest strawberry picking tourist farms in Mie Prefecture. A frozen dessert made with 100% fresh strawberries harvested from our own farm. Shaved ice shaved from fresh strawberries harvested at a strawberry farm is rich and fresh! “Kezuri Strawberry Soft” is also popular.

The ice is shaved from kabusetea, and inside is matcha ice cream, gyuhi, and shiratama dango and warabi mochi, making it a satisfying shaved ice. Topped with red beans, kabusetea syrup and cream.
The tableware used is Best Pot, a heat-storage cooking pot that won the GOOD DESIGN Award in 2018, so you can keep your food ice-cold even in the hot summer.

Korean Shaved Ice Pin Spin (MatsusakaCity)

Korean shaved ice served in an old folk house. Korean shaved ice "bingsu" with a fluffy texture is made with coffee jelly for a mature taste. There is a wide variety of flavors available, including the standard strawberry shaved ice, caramel nuts, honey lemon, Happins (shaved ice with azuki beans), and limited edition mandarin orange.

Akafukumochi Main Store (IseCity)

AkafukuIce

"AkafukuIce" is a cool summer flavor from Ise's famous Akafukumochi. The shaved ice is topped with matcha honey, which is not too sweet and refreshing, and contains a special sweet bean paste (koshian) and a rice cake made for shaved ice that is soft even when placed in the ice. It began in 1963 when it was invented for beachgoers at FutamiuraBeach. Akafuku's Akafukumochi ice has been loved for a long time.

Ciao's Espuma shaved ice is so cute. Strawberry shaved ice is very popular with small children and women as a ``rabbit shaved ice'' with sweet milky espuma and pink chocolate ears decorated. Okage-yokocho Chaya in Okage Yokocho has started selling shaved ice. The homemade shaved ice made with plenty of fresh fruits such as strawberries and sweet summer is especially popular. There is a good amount of pulp remaining, and the sweetness and flavor of the fruit spreads throughout your mouth. This is a masterpiece that you should definitely try.

Iwatoya Shiraishi Ice

Rare Hokkaido white azuki beans are cooked in-house to create a light and rich ice nectar.
This shaved ice is made with white azuki beans that look like the white stones laid out at IseJingu.
Please enjoy the unique flavor of white azuki beans, which is different from azuki beans.
