The Jingaki Residents' Self-Government Council has built a giant monument made of rice straw, which is in its eighth year this year, in an effort to contribute to the revitalization of the region.
This time it's a "frog" and it's about 7m tall.
This time, although the spread of the new coronavirus is under control, we will change the current situation where the yen is depreciating and high prices are having a serious impact on daily life (frog), and the stable social environment before the coronavirus pandemic will change. I was challenged to make a ``frog that changes'' to see if I could help the frog come back to life.

Detailed information
From JR/Kintetsu Matsusaka Station, take the Mie Kotsu bus towards Sumeru. Get off at "Akataki". Transfer to the Iinan Community Bus and get off at the Hiyamaguchi bus stop.
*The Iinami community bus bound for Hiyamaguchi only runs on Thursdays and Fridays.
From Ise Motor's Matsusaka IC, take National Route 166 to Iinan.
