Photo contest in OdaiTown, Mie Prefecture

We are looking for photographic works that capture the charm of OdaiTown through the photographer's eyes.
Entries will be used for tourism PR on the OdaiTown Tourism Association website, SNS, pamphlets, etc.

■Recruitment period: November 1, 2020 (Wednesday) - January 15, 2020 (Monday)

■Recruitment themes Spring/summer/autumn/winter/starry sky/climbing/outdoors

■Application conditions
・The shooting date must be between January 1, 2021 and January 15, 2024.
・Works that show that they were taken in OdaiTown, Mie Prefecture
・Limited to unpublished works
・The number of entries is limited to 3 or less per person, and each person will receive 1 prize.
・JPEG format data with 12 million pixels or more
- Color correction is OK, but please refrain from excessive processing such as compositing.

■Selection method After an initial screening by judges selected by OdaiTown Tourism Association, a public vote will be held at tourist facilities in OdaiTown. SNS voting will also be held at the same time.

■Prizes: Grand Prix 30,000 yen, Second Grand Prix Okuise Forest Pier Pair Lunch Ticket, and other prizes.

■Award Ceremony The award ceremony will be held on August 15, 2024 at the “Senkyaku Banrai Summer Festival”

■Application terms
・This event may be canceled due to measures against the new coronavirus infection.
・Photography from private property or restricted areas is prohibited. If the submitted work falls under this category, the application will be invalidated.
・Double submission of the same or similar works to other contests is strictly prohibited.
- Limited to unpublished works, but excludes works published on the photographer's personal homepage. However, although the copyright remains with the author after winning the prize, the usage rights and copyrights belong to the Odai Tourism Association, so please remove the entry from the website.
・Works published in print media, web media, image sales sites, image material sites, etc., and similar works cannot be submitted.
・We cannot be held responsible for copyright or portrait rights infringement of portraits, so please obtain the consent of the subject before submitting an application.
・Please refrain from submitting works that have undergone processing that alters the facts, such as digital synthesis, transformation, or erasure of unnecessary items. You can apply for general color adjustments such as density, saturation, white balance, cropping, interval shooting, comparative brightness compositing, etc.
・Entries must be taken by the applicant himself/herself. Please refrain from submitting entries using someone else's name or altering work taken by someone else. If a corresponding application is found, the corresponding application will be invalidated and the prize-winning will be canceled without the prior consent of the applicant or prize winner.
・If the application guidelines are violated, or if the association determines that the award is inappropriate before or after the winner is determined, the application will be invalidated without the prior consent of the applicant or the winner, and the prize will be canceled and the prize returned accordingly. We will charge you.
・Matters not specified in the application guidelines will be decided at the discretion of the association.
