A memorial service accompanying the donation of Omizutori torches to Todaiji Temple in Nara.
Two high priests from Todai-ji Temple will come and carry the torches cut out on February 11th to Dokanzuka in the same area of Gokuraku-ji Temple to report on the transfer to Todai-ji Temple in Nara and hold a memorial service to pray for safety. Same day every year. Tours are possible.
