Autumn leaves at Akame TheAkame48Falls

The gorge, which stretches for approximately 4km upstream of the Takigawa River, boasts stunning natural scenery throughout the year, and the one-and-a-half hour one-way promenade is also popular as a hiking course. Autumn at TheAkame48Falls is even more special, with Japanese maples, maples, and wild cherry blossoms dyeing the valley red.
From the trekking course to Mt. Nagasaka, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the valley and mountains colored with autumn leaves.
