A festival and a haiku session are held by haiku poets who admire the virtues of Kotaijingu Negi and Moritake Arakida (Benmei 5th year to Tenbun 18th year) of the Muromachi period, who are praised as the fathers of haikai.

<Soribu Festival> Tamagushi dedication at Uji Shrine from 10:00. <Haiku Contest> Haiku submissions will be accepted at Ise City Plaza from 11:00. Haiku Contest - 12:30 to 16:30

A fee of 1,000 yen is required for each group of 2 haiku submissions on the day.

About 20 minutes by bus bound for Naiku from the JR ticket gate of JR/ IseCity Station. Get off at "Naiku" and walk for about 2 minutes.
