Making milk bread and seasonal jam
Would you like to try your hand at making homemade bread?The dough is made with fluffy jersey milk. Knead thoroughly to create a soft and chewy dough. While the dough is fermenting, we also make jams that go well with the bread using seasonal ingredients.
The fermented dough is then molded into the desired shape.
It includes a story about cows that is easy for children to understand, and is a content that both adults and children can enjoy together.
It will be 90 minutes after the 70 minute experience is finished and baked.
