Experience making a traditional Yokkaichi Banko-Yaki pottery "sakeware"
"Yokkaichi Gastronomy Tourism" - Experience the traditional culture and culture of YokkaichiThis is a special pottery experience that uses high-quality materials.
A ceramic artist will be on hand to explain the process in an easy-to-understand manner, so even first-timers can enjoy the experience with ease.
Advance reservations are required.
When applying, please provide the following information:
・Preferred date for pottery experience: We will reply after confirming your request. Please note that we may not be able to carry out the experience on your desired date.

Pottery experience
A: A set of two sake cups (can also be used as tea utensils)
B: Set of 4 sake cups with different shapes (set of 4)
Pottery experience A or B is limited to one session per person. (Multiple people cannot use the same session.)
Pottery experience duration: Approximately 60 minutes
Experience fee: 8,800 yen (tax included)
*Price includes: clay, firing fee, and experience fee
*If you would like the finished product shipped, please pay the actual shipping costs.

① Reservation → ② Visit the store on the specified date and time Pottery experience → ③ Drying and bisque firing → ④ Glazing → ⑤ Firing and kiln removal → ⑥ Pick-up and shipping
The finished product will be delivered to you after going through the above process by the pottery studio.
It will take approximately one month for your item to arrive.
We are also planning to hold a sake brewery experience event where those who have completed the pottery experience of making these sake vessels will be able to taste the sake using their creations.
We will inform you separately about the event.
